These two children are from Balochistan province of Pakistan.
Their life and movement is connected with the sun.
When the sun is shining, they have a normal and healthy life like others, but when the sun sets and the night spreads its wings, they are completely paralyzed and unable to move. Then he cannot eat, speak or move. 😢
They are like water lilies; which is active only in the presence of the sun
